Plain-language terms for using the plugin and the AI Populate service.
The plugin
The Dennis GEO WordPress plugin is licensed under the GPL-2.0 license, the same license WordPress itself uses. You can use it on any number of sites, including client sites and commercial projects. You can modify it. You can redistribute modified versions under the same license.
No warranty
The plugin is provided "as is." While we test it on a broad set of WordPress configurations, we can't guarantee it works perfectly on every theme, with every plugin, on every server. Back up your site before installing any new plugin. If Dennis GEO breaks something, we'll help debug — but the ultimate responsibility for your site is yours.
AI Populate service
The $19 AI Populate service is a one-time paid upgrade, purchased per site. Key terms:
- Payment is processed by Stripe. We don't store your card details.
- We do not guarantee specific SEO or AI-citation outcomes. The service drafts content based on your existing site; the quality depends on your content.
- Every drafted field is marked "pending review" and only published after you approve it.
- Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if the generated output is unusable.
- Service availability is best-effort. We aim for 99%+ uptime but do not offer SLA-backed guarantees at this price point.
Your content
When you use the AI Populate service, you send the text content of your WordPress pages to our API. You retain full ownership of your content. We do not train AI models on it, share it, or use it for any purpose other than generating your requested output.
Acceptable use
Don't use the plugin or the AI Populate service for illegal content, malware distribution, or spam. Don't use it to generate content that violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to refuse service to sites engaged in these activities.
Legal entity
Dennis GEO is operated by Upper Eight AB, a Swedish limited company. Payments through the AI Populate service are processed by Stripe on behalf of Upper Eight AB. The plugin is developed under the aistaffing.se brand, a trading name of Upper Eight AB.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change materially, we'll post the update on this page and note it on the blog. Continued use of the plugin after a material change constitutes acceptance.
